It is announced for the information of all first year (b.tech, hnd, non-hnd and certificate) students that a photo-taking and identification (id) cards preparation has been scheduled as shown on the schedule below.
First years students are therefore to study and take note of the dates, time and venue for the exercise.
The venue is room cc107 located in the computer science block close to the src office. Please note that there shall be no extension and therefore first year students are advised to comply effectively with the schedule.

Note To Weekend Session Students
- Weekend Students of the various programmes who may have time during the day can join their colleagues on the specific dates assigned to their groups for the exercise.
- Weekend Students who MAY NOT have time as indicated in the note 1 above are required to come on 28TH NOV, 2015. Please note also that the time table shall be strictly adhere to and excuses shall not be entertained.
