The Polytechnic Community, particularly students are hereby informed that due to the numerous requests from students seeking permission to be granted ample time to register, Management has extended the 2014/2015 1st Semester Registration exercise from Friday, 24th October to Friday, 31st October, 2014 to enable students who have genuine difficulties pertaining to the payment of their fees to resolve them at the designated banks.
Subsequently, the payment of penalty for late registration begins from Monday, 3rd November to Friday, 7th November 2014.
By the extension, the earlier registration deadline of Friday, 24th October, 2014 has been revoked and students are now expected to register on or before Friday, 7th November, 2014 with or without penalty depending on the time of registration.
Students who fail to make good use of this window of opportunity to register for the 2014/2015 1st Semester will automatically lose their students status and shall be withdrawn (Student Handbook Section 20.4).
Please take note and comply with this new directive accordingly.
