In a remarkable demonstration of student leadership and collaboration, the Student Representative Council (SRC) of Koforidua Technical University (KTU) 2023/ 2024 has donated a significant number of desks to the university’s management. This initiative aims to address seating challenges and create a more conducive learning environment for students.

During the handover ceremony, the SRC President, Emmanuel Akuffo, expressed appreciation for the collective effort and emphasized the importance of investing in facilities that foster student engagement and academic excellence.
“We recognize the vital role of quality infrastructure in achieving educational success. This gesture aligns with our vision to complement management’s efforts by addressing key student needs,” Emmanuel Akuffo noted.
Receiving the donation on behalf of the university, Professor John Owusu, Vice Chancellor, applauded the SRC for their proactive leadership and dedication. “This collaboration speaks volumes about the importance of partnership between management and student leaders in shaping a better academic experience,” Simon O. Asamoah (Vice President), Benjamin Obeng Amoani (Speaker), Kwabena Frimpong Boateng (Chief Justice), Christian Ahiadzo (Organizer) and all the other SRC Executive of 2023/ 2024 Academic year remarked.
