Dear Colleague
The Polyland, the Annual publication of the Koforidua Polytechnic SRC intends to publish its 2014 edition by the May, 2014.
As part of the resolve of the current Editorial board to shed light on the activities of departmental associations, we kindly require of you to provide a report on your activities for the 2013/2014 academic year to be considered for publication.
The Report should take the following format
| 1 | INTRODUCTION | A highlight of the Association, why it was formed, its mandate, aims, objectives, etc |
| 2 | ACHIEVEMENTS | An enumeration of accomplishments during the current tenure |
| 3 | CHALLENGES | An enumeration of challenges of the association |
| 4 | CONCLUSION | Conclusion |
The report should be submitted with the picture of the president and a list of all executives. The logo of the association if submitted will be appreciated.
The report will be appreciated in clear language and brevity is of essence since the entire report will be published on half page.
The finished report should be submitted by Friday 4th of April, 2014 to the SRC Office in a sealed envelope. The soft copy should be sent to: polylandsrc2014@yahoo.com
