I humbly write to inform you that the first official sitting of the 19th General Assembly of Koforidua Technical University has been scheduled for Friday, 13th October, 2017.Venue for the sitting will be the FBMS Theatre. Accredited members are expected to log in between the hours of 5pm to 6pm on the said date. Proceedings will commence immediately after that.
The Agenda for the meeting shall be

- PRESENTATION OF SRC BUDGET
Members of the house are to contact the chief clerk on Thursday, 12th October 2017 to Friday, 13th October 2017 for relevant documents that will be used for the meeting.
I therefore entreat all accredited members to be present on time so as to ensure the smooth progress of the sitting.
Accredited members are to note that the dress code for the dressing will be strictly official and no forms of naked dressing will be entertained
